Choice of Delivery Address
To make life a little easier for you, we
are able to deliver your goods to you at any address throughout the UK, whether that be at home,
work or to a neighbour or friends house. Just advise
our customer services staff when you place your
order, or complete the delivery address section
on our website.
Standard
Delivery - £4.95
We aim to despatch all goods to our customers within
48 hours. However, please bear with us during
busy periods, and allow up to fourteen days for delivery. If you have not received your goods within 14 days, please contact us on 01332 862440 and we will track your goods for you.
Our customer services staff will advise you of an
expected delivery date when taking your order details by telephone and we will advise you of any delays by email when you place your order online. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of personalised items.
Furniture Delivery - £4.95
Please note that we treat all orders the same and still only charge you our standard delivery charge
for furniture items.
Special Delivery - £9.95
For urgent orders, we are pleased to be able to
offer you an express delivery service. Orders
placed by mid-day are guaranteed to be delivered
to you on the following working day. Please note
that a signature will be required upon receipt.
Please note that our special delivery service
is not available on all items for example furniture, large toys and personalised items - some of which may be delivered to you direct from our manufacturer. Please contact us on 01332 862440 to check whether next day delivery is available on a particular item.
Overseas Delivery
We are able to deliver outside of the Uk. Please contact our customer services staff on
01332 862440 for an overseas delivery quote.
Stock Availability
We aim to keep adequate stock of all lines during
the season. However, from time to time, we may
be let down by a supplier or sales may exceed
our expectations. Please bear with us –
we promise to inform you of any delay when you
place your order and to keep you regularly updated
on its’ progress.
Returns
We sincerely hope that you will be delighted with
your purchase. However, if for any reason you
wish to return goods to us, we offer a no quibble returns policy and are happy to exchange
or refund items returned to us within 30 days
of purchase. Please contact us on 01332 862440 or email us Sleepyheads Customer Services to obtain a returns reference number before returning any items. Please also ensure that goods are returned
in an unused, re-saleable condition, together with
all original packaging. We regret that we are unable
to refund postage costs, and recommend that you
obtain proof of postage before posting. We regret that personalised products may not be returned unless found to be faulty. Your statutory
rights are not affected.
Gift Wrapping Service - £3.95
We know that busy mums are always short
of time, so to make life that little bit easier,
we are delighted to be able to offer you a gift
wrap service – we will also happily enclose
a hand written note from you, and post it direct
to the recipient. At present this service is unavailable
