Payment Processing
Online payments are processed by our secure payment processor Paypal. We also accept orders by telephone and by post. Telephone orders may be paid by debit or credit card and payment is taken at the point of despatch. The only exception to this is personalised items, for which payment is taken prior to the item going into production. Please kindly note that we are unable to despatch items paid for by cheque, until the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 7 working days.

Stock Availability
We aim to keep adequate stock of all lines during the season. However, from time to time, we may be let down by a supplier or sales may exceed our expectations. Please bear with us – we promise to inform you of any delay when you place your order and to keep you regularly updated on its’ progress.

Returns
We sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return goods to us, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that you obtain a refund reference number from us before returning your goods. Please ensure that items are returned in an unused, resaleable condition, together with all original packaging. We regret we are unable to refund postage costs, and recommend that you obtain proof of postage before posting. Please post all returns to us at Sleepyheads Mail Order Returns Dept, 4 Blanch Croft, Melbourne, Derbyshire, DE73 8GG. Please include details of your name, address and telephone number. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sleepyheads Mail Order Limited’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Sleepyheads Mail Order Limited to the customer. Sleepyheads Mail Order Limited shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Sleepyheads Mail Order Limited cannot accept liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated in the catalogue. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All prices are valid until 31st December 2009 and include Vat where applicable. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. We are advised by our suppliers that all of our products comply with the appropriate safety and consumer regulations.
