Payment Processing
Your credit/debit card will only be processed when goods are ready to be despatched. For payment by cheque, we are only able to despatch goods once your cheque has cleared – this usually takes around 7 working days.

Stock Availability
We aim to keep adequate stock of all lines during the season. However, from time to time, we may be let down by a supplier or sales may exceed our expectations. Please bear with us – we promise to inform you of any delay when you place your order and to keep you regularly updated on its’ progress.

Returns
We sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return goods to us, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure goods are returned in an unused, resaleable condition, together with all original packaging. We regret we are unable to refund postage costs, and recommend that you obtain proof of postage before posting. Please post all returns to us at Sleepyheads Mail Order Returns Dept, 4 St Lucia Close, Horfield, Bristol,BS7 0XS. Please include details of your name, address and telephone number. Your statutory rights are not affected.
