• Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery Services  :

• Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £75.00 
• At Sleepyheads, we set our delivery charges by the weight of your goods, which we believe to be the fairest option for all of our customers.  You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. 
• Our goods are usually delivered via Royal Mail (small items) or via our couriers (large goods).  
• Goods are usually delivered Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm
• Products may be despatched from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately and on different days.  You will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.
• If you order items with different despatch times, your order may be consolidated and those products will arrive together.
• If our next working day delivery service is available for your order, we will offer you this option during the checkout process.  This option is available for Monday to Saturday delivery.  Please order by 12.30pm to ensure next day delivery. 
• We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. 
• On rare occasions, for example poor weather conditions, items may be delivered outside our usual timeframes. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Sleepyheads shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
• Please kindly ensure that you retain your delivery note, as you will require this if you wish to return your goods.

Deliveries to an Alternative Address :

• For your convenience, goods can be delivered to you at home, work or to an alternative delivery address.  Gift items can also be delivered direct to the recipient to save you time - useful when you're run off your feet!  Please kindy note however, that the address at which your payment card is registered must also be present on your order. All large and heavy items must be signed for by the recipient. 

Force Majeure :

• Sleepyheads shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns : 

• We are pleased to offer a 28 day no quibble refund policy to our customers.  Please return goods to us at the address below, complete with all original packaging materials. The returned goods must be in excellent resalable condition, and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also be returned to us.  If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.  We regret that personalised goods and made to order item are non-returnable unless found to be faulty.
• Please post returns to the following address, enclosing a copy of your delivery note and your reason for the return.  Sleepyheads Returns, The Old Pear Trees, 4 Blanch Croft, Melbourne, Derbyshire, DE73 8GG.
• We strongly advise you to obtain a proof of postage certificate when you post the goods to us.  This will enable you to claim for the goods, should they go astray on route to us.

Cancellation of Orders : 

• You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by contacting us via the 'Contact Us' link on  our website, or by phoning us on 01332 862440.  Please note that personalised goods and made to order items cannot be cancelled once they have been put into production.
